When I first started off in Wholesaling I had to establish my WHY, and that was my family. What is your WHY in life, and how much would they benefit from you investing into yourself? Wholesaling is not hard if you DO have a lot of money, but what about the ones who do not have a ton of money but still want to get started in Wholesaling today? There is a lot of FREE information out there especially on my TikTok, but this is for the people who need a start in the right direction. Wholesaling On A Budget is designed to help those who do not have a ton of money but still wanted to get started today. Often times we let money be the reason we get held back but in reality sometimes it just ourselves. You will learn about the Strengths and Limitations you have being a New Wholesaler. Also you will learn the ins and outs of picking a market, finding cash buyers, the best distressed list, and knowing if its a deal or no deal for FREE. You will also learn how to get these phone numbers and my own texting and cold calling script. Most importantly you will know at the end of the day that GOD has your back, and he led you here for a reason, and now he's waiting for you to walk into your purpose.
